The Microdosing Method is a self-paced journey into the sacred practice of microdosing, designed to support deep healing, expanded consciousness, and alignment with your soul’s truth. Through guided rituals, intentional practices, and grounded education, you'll learn to work with plant medicine as a tool for inner transformation and spiritual awakening.

Journey
Women’s Sacred Plant Medicine Ceremony
Three times a year, Heidi co-hosts an intimate gathering to deepen, heal, expand and play in the world with plant medicine, specifically heart medicine and psilocybin. The experience is held, supported and led by an experienced and trusted medicine woman that Heidi has been working closely wit.
How it works:
If you have interest, please fill out an application. You’ll be connected with Heidi for all information and also given a password protected website with all details, including technologies offered, overall process, and exchange. This is an intimate group and spots are very limited (approx. 12 women for each journey).
